With specialist expertise in environmental systems, assurance and strategy, Denise has advised clients in Australia and overseas for over 20 years. Denise’s experience includes the development and implementation of environmental management systems, providing strategic environmental advice and conducting audits and investigations.
Denise was formerly the Corporate Environment Manager for Endeavour Energy where she established a team of environmental specialists, developed an integrated strategy and strengthened the environmental management system. Leveraging her in-house experience, Denise works in partnership with clients to enhance environmental performance and manage risk.
As a registered Environmental Lead Auditor and Lead Investigator, Denise delivers practical and risk-focused independent audits and investigations.

Stephen has more than 20 years’ experience in the environmental industry, including consultancy and in-house for a global chemical manufacturer. He has extensive experience in environmental compliance, contaminated sites investigation and remediation, planning approvals, due diligence assessments and auditing.
More recently, Stephen has responded and managed regulatory enquiries for high profile contamination concerns, including solvent plumes, asbestos, mercury and PFAS.
Stephen’s working knowledge of Australian state and international regulatory environments has been applied to the management of pre- and post-transaction environmental liabilities associated with numerous property divestments.
